Immigration

Members of the department have extensive knowledge of all areas of immigration law.

The type of work undertaken includes Immigration cases before the AIT at first instance and appeal stage, statutory review and higher levels of appeal.

The department also offers advice and representation on entry clearance cases, and any matter involving Immigration Rules and EEC Directives.

The hearing centres regularly attended by the immigration practitioners are Newport, Birmingham and London Taylor House, Hatton Cross and Field House.

Members of the department have also had involvement in ILPA & LAG Training – Asylum Appeals, Human Rights and one-stop appeals, Training on Regulatory and Statutory updates.
