Queen Square Chambers makes ‘every attempt to provide continuance, which solicitors ’ clients, especially those that are more vulnerable, really appreciate’. Legal 500 2011

The process of advising and representing parties to criminal litigation has never been more demanding, but Queen Square Chambers houses a Criminal Department which is dedicated to meeting this challenge.

Barristers in the department regularly appear in complex and serious cases and include those who have been appointed to the Attorney-General’s unified list. Three are singled out by the Legal 500 as having particular experience and expertise in the area of fraud and financial crime.

Members of Chambers also deal with the full range of sex offences on a regular basis and are adept at managing the many evidential and legal difficulties arising from this area of practice.

The Criminal Department at Queen Square has strength in depth and is therefore well-placed to provide effective advice and advocacy at all levels of seniority in all cases and courts.
