Angus Halden

Angus was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and following a sucessful career as a Senior Partner at a leading firm of Solicitors in Bath was called to the Bar in 1999.

Regularly appearing for both Claimants and Respondents in Tribunals and Courts across the country he deals wth all manner of employment issues. In addition to representation at hearings, Angus is also happy to advise on all aspects of employment law in conference or in writing.

Angus has extensive experience in race, disability and sex discrimination as well as 'new strand' discrimination, i.e. religious belief and gender orientation.

Areas of particular interest include claims involving pensions and TUPE, Equal Pay and Restrictive Covenants.
