Angus was admitted as a solicitor in 1976 and following a successful career as a Senior Partner at a leading firm of Solicitors in Bath was called to the Bar in 1999.
He regularly appears in Courts across the Circuit and is happy to be instructed on either a legally aided or a privately funded basis.
Angus specialises in all aspects of Ancillary Relief, particularly cases involving business accounts, pensions and trust. Other areas of interest include matters relating to the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustee Act 1996 and financial applications for children under the Children Act 1989.
