Charles practice focuses principally on property related matters including property ownership, constructive, implied and resulting trusts, easements, undue influence, boundary disputes, breaches of trust, nuisance, adverse possession and all aspects of landlord and tenant disputes - whether business, agricultural or residential.
He also deals with commercial disputes, including partnerships, insolvency and professional negligence and contentious probate and Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act matters, as well as defamation.
