- Deals with Divorce and Ancillary relief, civil partnership disputes and financial provision for children.
- Particular experience and interest in applications under 'TOLATA' and schedule 1 of the Children Act.
Care Proceedings
- Experience of care proceedings in the High Court, County Court and Family Proceedings Court representing parents, guardians and the Local Authority.
- Recent cases instructed on include issues of non-accidental injury and sexual abuse.
- Experience in dealing with Public Interest Immunity applications.
Private Law
- Extensive experience of cases in the High Court and County Court, including cases involving removal from the jurisdiction.
