Profile:
Has an extensive employment and discrimination practice, undertaking advocacy and advisory work for both employers and employees in the Employment Tribunals and the Courts.
Is regularly instructed in cases involving unfair and wrongful dismissals, deductions from wages (including the national minimum wage), contractual disputes, whistle blowing, TUPE, and the full spectrum of discrimination work.
Has lectured on Tribunal Procedure and discrimination, focusing in particular on sex discrimination and sexual orientation discrimination.
Also has experience of advising and representing employers and employees on work permits and entry clearance applications for the
