Gareth joined the Bar in 2007 after leaving the British Army and specialises in personal injury and employment law.
Gareth's practice includes a substantial amount of road traffic accident, health & safety at work, employment and industrial related injuries matters. He is regularly instructed in fast track trials and disposal hearings, and has a consistent volume of paperwork, providing written advice in liability, quantum and procedural issues as well as the settling of all pleadings. He has had conduct of a number of multi-track cases from the initial advisory stage through to trial.
