Ian Halliday undertakes both prosecution and defence briefs within the field of crime. This includes fraud cases and child abuse cases.
As well as being a Grade 3 prosecutor on the CPS list he is also on the Attorney General's list of approved prosecutors for other government work, in particular from the DWP and Customs and Excise.
