Profile
Following his pupillage at Atkin Chambers in London, Julian has built a busy construction, commercial and property litigation practice in Chambers. He has a particular expertise in construction disputes which involve issues relating to standard form contracts, payment claims (including those made under the Housing Grants Construction and Regeneration Act 1996), employers' claims against contractors and claims against construction professionals.
Julian is also experienced in contractual disputes, sale of goods (including marine claims) and consumer law cases (including credit hire litigation) as well as real property disputes concerning nuisance, trespass, boundaries, easements and adverse possession.
