Called to the Bar in 2002, James became a tenant at Queen Square Chambers in 2003.
James undertakes a wide range of family work, covering public & privately funded matters in both County Courts and Family Proceedings Courts across the South West.
Areas of practice include contact and residence disputes, non-molestation, occupation order, specific issue & prohibited steps applications and committal proceedings.
Client handling and advocacy skills gained from Counsel's previous criminal practice as well as experience in domestic violence and cases involving juveniles has proved invaluable in his family work.
