Jo became a tenant at Queen Square in 2006 after the successful completion of her pupillage.
She has a busy personal injury practice representing claimants and defendants in a wide range of areas. These include employers, occupiers and product liability, defective premises, Highways Act claims, road traffic collisions and cases involving credit hire.
Jo advises in all these areas as well as appearing in court in liability, quantum and costs hearings, interlocutory matters and infant approval settlements. She regularly deals with CRU and CICAP appeals and has a particular interest in medical law and coroners inquests. Client care and confident advocacy have earned Jo commendation from the judiciary and solicitors.
Jo is happy to accept instructions on a CFA and endeavours to turn around papers promptly.
In any spare time she has, Jo enjoys playing hockey for Bath, surfing and the theatre.
