- Representing both Claimants and Respondents in the employment tribunal;
- Drafting numerous employment advices on prospects of success and quantum in claims for unfair dismissal, constructive dismissal, disability discrimination, equal pay, sex discrimination, race discrimination, age discriminitaion, TUPE, whistleblowing, wrongful dismissal and breach of contract;
- Drafting details of claims and responses;
- Appeared in the EAT on two occassions.
Civil
- Attending small claims, fast and multi track final hearings in the following areas: road traffic collisions, contractual disputes, negligence/PI and credit hire;
- Regularly instructed on various interlocutory matters, costs hearings, infant approval hearings and enforcement proceedings;
- Drafting particulars of claims and defences and settling advices on prospects.
