Rebecca is a member of the Personal Injuries Bar Association and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She has particular interest in employers' liability for accidents at work, stress at work, and repetitive strain injury. She regularly advises in group litigation against the DTI (on behalf of the NCB).
Rebecca also regularly undertakes clinical negligence work with particular emphasis on neurosurgery and obstetrics.
Rebecca is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Industrial Law Society. Rebecca has a wide employment law practice with particular expertise in sex, race and disability discrimination.
