Rosie became a member of Queen Square Chambers following the successful completion of her pupillage in April 2007. Since becoming a tenant at Chambers, Rosie has developed a successful practice through combining careful preparation with strong, persuasive advocacy and a forensic approach to cross examination.
Known for her ability to communicate effectively, Rosie is able to make clients feel at ease throughout the legal process whilst at the same time managing realistic expectations of their prospects.
The skills and experience gained through representing parties in matters before courts across England and Wales, including the Court of Appeal, enables Rosie to provide highly effective tribunal advocacy to Claimant and Respondent Clients.
Rosie accepts instructions to advise and represent in all areas of employment law with particular knowledge of matters involving unfair and constructive dismissal and age, sex and race discrimination.
