Called to the bar in 2006, Simon became a tenant at Queen Square Chambers in October 2008 after the successful completion of pupillage.
Simon appears on behalf of both Claimants and Defendants across the South West and Wales in respect of all aspects of personal injury law including:
- Employers and occupiers liability
- Highways Act claims
- Road traffic claims
- Disposal and infant approval hearings
- Costs
Simon also has a developing common law practice which includes credit hire and contractual disputes.
Simon regularly accepts instructions to advise on issues of liability and/or quantum and usually is able to return papers within a 14 day timeframe. He is also happy to undertake work on a CFA basis.
